We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Online Reputation Management Executive to monitor, manage and enhance our online brand reputation. As an ORM executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring our companys image remains positive across various online platforms. Your responsibilities will include monitoring online mentions, addressing negative feedback, and implementing strategies to build and maintain a strong online reputation.

Key responsibilities:-

Online reputation monitoring: Monitor social media, review sites, forums, blogs and other online platforms to track mentions of our brand, products, and key personnel.

Crisis Management: Identify and address any negative comments, reviews, or incidents that may impact our online reputation. Work collaboratively with the appropriate teams to handle crises effectively.

Respond to Customer Feedback: Engage with customers and users who leave reviews or comments, both positive and negative. Provide prompt, courteous, and helpful responses to address concerns and resolve issues.

Content Development: Assist in creating and promoting positive content to enhance our online image. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling stories, case studies, and testimonials.

Review and Feedback Analysis: Analyze trends in online reviews and feedback to gain insights into areas where we can improve our products, services, and customer experience.
