Designation - Counselling & Sales Executive

Expectation:

The responsibilities would primarily include the Outbound, Inbound & Online Chat processes.

- General Day Shift

- Freshers with good communication and understanding of sales are most welcome!!!

- Outbound process: Upsell & cross-sell executive and certification courses

- Inbound Process: Attend to the sales & services calls received on the customer care numbers.

- Online Chat Process: Be available to address any query coming through online chat mode.

- Responsible for converting telephone enquiries into admissions.

- Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselling as per the timelines.

- Self-motivated & Confident.

Education Qualification: -

- Graduates (in any stream) & Post-graduates can also apply.

- Candidate pursuing academics are not eligible.

Fixed Salary + Bonus + Incentives + Perks + Rewards & Recognitions n lot more

- Salary: -1.8 to 2.5 lac/ year
