Job Description

Position: Office Manager


Qualification: Graduate + MBA (Preferred)

Experience: 3-4 years of experience in construction & civil management. Candidate must be having Good knowledge of market/ public dealings with analytical skills & Planning.

Job Profile:

1. Implementation of Controls / System

2. Verification & Distribution of bills on month end

3. Continues Follow-up of Payment from customers

4. Coordination & Planning with Warehouse Supervisor for Inventory to fulfil orders

5. Supervision of Team (Accountant, Warehouse Supervisor, Field Boy & Labour etc)

6. Godown Management & Daily routine office work

7. Market Visit for Business development till final negotiation
