JOB DESCRIPTION

A Office Executive managing human relations including recruitment, employees’ welfare, industrial relations, grievance handling, relationship development and management.

Demonstrated expertise in managing entire administrative activities – Travel arrangements, accounting of office bills, correspondence, filing, issue of office orders, assisting in making of commercial proposals, tender documents, etc.

Knowledge of office practices and procedures, business correspondence, record keeping system, office machinery operation, English language skills.

Adept at people management, cross functional coordination and operational management in the most challenging situations. Creative strengths in designing personnel policies to generate a sense of affiliation among the workforce to channelize their best efforts in realizing company's objectives.

Ability to develop and implement organizational policies and standard operating procedures to meet corporate, individual and departmental service standards coupled with occupational help, safety and environmental responsibility standards

Coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and/or distribution of products.

Assisting in managing staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.

Assisting in review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.

Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.

Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and oversee those personnel processes.

Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.
