ensure Customer Satisfaction and Help Team to Provide Professional Customer

support.

• work with the Management Team to Stay Updated On Product Knowledge and Be

informed of Any Changes in Company Policies.

• to Seamlessly Communicate and Train Agents On Any Process.

• coordinate Daily / Weekly Refreshers with the Qa Team.

• communicate and Coordinate with Internal Stakeholders.

• follow Communication Procedures, Guidelines, and Policies

• preparing the Required Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports for the Team Performance.

• motivating and Monitoring the Team to Achieve High Standards and Achieve Set

monthly Targets for the Team.
