An established software development company, headquartered in Tirunelveli is looking for an Office boy / Peon to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our company.
Responsibilities and Duties
Cleaning entire workplace
Serving Water, Tea or Coffee to walk in Customer & Guest.
Bringing food, stationary and other necessary things as required.
Bank Work.
Deliveries or buying materials from market may be required.
Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
Helping the administrative assistants in performing their duties.
Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
Dealing with inquiries or needs from the visitors and workers.
Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
Coordinating events as necessary.
Maintaining office equipment as needed.
Aiding with client reception as needed.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
High school.
Experience in related field.
Ability to write clearly and help with it ,when necessary.
Warm personality.
Ability to work well under limited supervision.
