CANADA LABOUR MARKET

1. This contract has 24 months from the date the employee assumed his function.

2. All the job description will be provided.

3. Employees shell work 40 hours per week as per law.

4. He/she will receive 1.5 times more than the regular wages for any hours worked over 44 hours.

5. His/her working days will vary and he/she will get 2 days week off depending upon shift.

6. The employee shall be entitled to 15 minutes coffee break and 30 minutes of lunch break every day.

7. The employees shall be entitled to 2 weeks of paid vacation (excluding sick leave).

8. Minimum wage rate is 12 $ per hour, this shall paid at interval of bi weekly.

9. Transportation, medical facilities, insurance provided by company.

10. All the taxes and other deduction as per the rules.

11. Airport pickup from company.

12. Food, accommodation provided by company.

13. Full training support.

14. 100% depended visa of family.

15. Workplace safety is available.
