Job Description

Can-X Immigration and Consulting is a consulting firm located in Moga, Punjab, India. We provide professional immigration and consulting services to clients. Can-X is committed to assist clients throughout the process in a friendly and competent way.

Currently, we are seeking 2 full-time Office Assistants to join our team.

Job duties will include:

• Prepare different types of immigration applications

• Collection of information & documents from clients

• Attend phone call from clients

• Schedule and confirm appointments

• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems

• Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically

• Photocopy and scan documents for distribution, mailing and filing

• Other office related duties as required

Job requirements :

We are looking for well qualified candidates having minimum bachelor degree or above, Good computer skills and very fluent in English speaking equivalent to at least 6 bands in English.

Important Note: Candidates with very fluent English level Only need to apply. Secondary school education can be considered if English level is satisfactory.

Salary: Negotiable: Starting from RS 12000 to 20000 per month depending upon qualifications, experience and English level
