Job Description

Please find below JD for post of office administrator :

1. Male only, graduate preferably Commerce or BSC.

2. Working knowledge of excel is must along with MS word.

3. Handling overall office admin like co ordinating with housekeeping, bill payments, office supplies, liasoning with external vendors, bank, govt offices.

4. Co ordinating with Mumbai team for samples, dispatches, stock transfer, a/c etc.

5. CO ordinating with C& F .

6. Keeping record of office accounts.

7. CO ordinating with sales team for order placement, payment collection.

8. Making MIS reports on weekly , monthly basis.

9. Giving support to sales team on samples or any other co ordinating required from sales office.

10. Keeping track of travel of sales team and travel billing checking as per policy before sending to Mumbai office for final approval.
