Job Description

Maintenance of office environment such as office Lay-out, Lighting, Temperature, Interior Decoration, furniture & Fittings, Safety.

Managing the inventory, requisition , receipt and distribution of printed stationary in co-ordination with the Head Office.

Data acquisition / Data Collection of prospects to support the business development functions of the branch.

Cleanliness and maintenance of office.

Office Keys: Opening & Closing of office premises on daily basis.

Record maintenance of leaves taken by staff members and process management of leave application.

Verification of bills before passing on to accounts department.

Appointing service providers, such as stationers, courier etc. on competitive terms.

Coordinate with field assistants to execute each assignment of the day.

To Work as an extensive and prompt assistance / support for the smooth functioning of the Business Department at your Branch Level.

Working diligently and promptly to complete the data entry work.

Keeping the records of all soft copies received and dispatched at the desk.
