Qualification : - GNM/BSC/MSC Nursing

Year & Nature of experience :- 10 to 12 years of experience

Salary : to Per Month

Responsibilities and Duties

Periodically interact with clinical heads to discuss problems in patient care.

Investigate all complaints regarding nursing care and personnel, and take suitable corrective action.

Ensure safe and efficient care rendered to patients in various wards etc.

Responsible for implementing hospital/centre policies amongst various nursing units.

Carry out regular rounds of the hospital.

Attend hospital/intra hospital meetings and conferences.

Maintain cordial relations with patients and nursing staffs.
