Salary : 18.5k - 21.5k including allowances + Incentives + Employee benefits + pick up and drop facility + 2 rotational week offs

Web & Chat Support:

Salary : 18.5k - 21.5k including allowances + Incentives + Employee benefits + pick up and drop facility + 2 rotational week offs

Shift : 24*7

Working Hours : 9 hours

Make My Trip - Customer Support:

Salary : 18.5k including allowances + Incentives + Employee benefits + pick up and drop facility

Shift : 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. window

Working Hours : 9 hours

Competency Requirements:

Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)

Basic knowledge of computers, internet & online shopping

Willingness to work in 24 x 7 work environment / Day Shift Or Night Shift
