Job Description

We are looking for an experienced backend developer to lead the backend team and helping them deliver robust and powerful products. The lead backend developer makes and validates technical decisions, writes specifications, and makes sure quality code is shipped in production. Healthcare is a tricky domain, so code quality and security are our 2 main focuses.

- Experience working with Node.js and dynamodb in production environment.

- Experience hosting high-scale applications in the cloud.

- Eager to try new technical solutions (AWS Lambda, Graphql, new APIs, …)

- Knowledge of the code quality best practices (tests, continuous deployment, …)

- Ability to architect and design a scalable service, in number of users and in history (to avoid technical debt and legacy)

- Ability to design and write technical specifications.

- Ability to create and drive a team.

Our whole stack is based on JavaScript: Node.js, Reactjs, React-native, dynamodb, hosted on Lambda and AWS

Job responsibilities :
- Knowledge on Healthcare domain and ways of approach towards marketing in healthcare domain is a must.
- Manage and maintain the organizations website(s)
- Focused efforts in SEO (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
- Track and analyses website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
- Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
- Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)

- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web-Trends etc.).
