1. Good written and verbal skills must.

2. Qualification: B.Tech/B.Sc. (IT) with first division throughout

3. Experience: At least 2-3 years.

4. Installing, configuring and maintaining Windows 7, 8, 10, server 2008, 2012 operating systems, application software and system troubleshooting.

5. Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP and other networking concepts. Installing, configuring switches, firewall, routers.

6. Provide general desktop support for all PC s

7. Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers, mouse, monitor, CPU and resolve associated problems.

8. Aptitude for customer support and troubleshooting.

9. Worked in 24x7/ rotational shift environment will get preference.

10. Within Gurgaon or relocate to Gurgaon. Native to Gurgaon will be preferred.

11. Working knowledge of Linux and VMware will get preference.
