FUNCTION: New Product Development / Program Management

Job Profile

To Lead project planning sessions

To coordinate with staff and internal resources

Responsible for Project Planning Capacity Mapping/ Space Availability/Layout/Zero Base, Costing/Facility/Equipment, Customer Coordination/ Proposal Preparation,

To ensure Tool Type Approval from ED to provide go ahead for Tool Design

To allocate budget for the project by taking approval from ED/MD

To prepare and interpret drawings, blueprints, layouts.

Managing project progress and adapt work as required

To ensure Capex Approval to raise the PO

To create asset code for identification of assets in the system with designated nomenclature and number.

To Provide manufacturing go ahead to supplier by issuing LOI.

Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes

Manage cost and time constraints

To conduct mfg feasibility of sub-assy by studying the press parts methods, welding sequence, tolerance study, SPM requirements. Responsible for discussion with Customer, Tool/ Gauges/Weld Fixtures manufacturing)
