Job Description

1.Getting in touch with corporation/ individuals via the phone to promote services.

2.Modifying scripted pitches to meet the needs of particular entities.

3.Recording details of service users

4.Explaining the service to potential customers.

5.Providing details and handle customer questions.

6.Obtaining customer information, and update the database

7.Maintaining details in the system/database.

8.Making phone calls to prospective customers who respond to emails.

9.Contacting customers regularly to follow up on initial interactions.

10.Keeping accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved

11.Getting their catalog made with the help of cataloging team

12.Working on sales targets for acquiring brand on monthly basis

13.Working in full coordination with Operations Team, Marketplace Account Management Team and Finance and accounts team.

14.Generating volume leads for the Sales Team.

15.Creating synergy (keeping Head in the loop ) and distributing/assigning leads.

16.Follow-up of leads.
