Job Responsibilities

1) Good Knowledge with Asterisk / IVR / VOIP/IPBX architecture and protocol deep knowledge.

2) Troubleshooting

3) Worked on Vicidialer

4) Hands on for NETWORKING is must for this position.

5) Experience for working on Live Server.

6) IVR Management system(Inbound, Outbound) in Sql , Mysql

7) Asterisk dial(Inbound, Outbound) plan with my sql

8) Configuration of soft & hard phones (IP phones, Linksys device).

9) To keep track of complaints and solutions provided.

10) Configuration, Maintenance Local PBX Server

11) Configuration, Maintenance and updating hosted Asterisk server.

12) Maintenance of Hosted Dialler

13) Creation, configuration, maintenance Of IVR, DID .

14) Creation, configuration, maintenance of different services in Asterisk.

15) Configure Vicidial and Goautodial Dialer on client end and hosted dialer (Outbound & Inbound configuration, agent and superior creation and granting access).

16) Experienced with Linux environment working and command executions will be preffered.

17) Excellent in client communication in English and giving training & Ability to handle team and coordinate with them.

18) Good Com skills & Confident Personality.
