Job Description

Job Role:

1) Resolving Network issues as soon as the token for fault is raised maximum resolution

time shall be same day (Until a hardware issue comes in which has to be replaced).

2) Taking Open calls in case if there are less query on some day.

3) Lead generation for respective RM and sending email or SMS after generation of lead.

Updating the CRM instantly.

4) Receiving IVR calls on landline and updating the same immediately on CRM.

5) Resolving back office queries and guiding them during day shift as and when required.

6) Resolving customer's technical queries if it is related to project.

7) Daily Report Submission To The Team Leader.


8) The Network Admin must address all the network and hardware issue immediately and

resolve the same wihin 24 hours.

9) If the network is not coming or any IT related system is down then the IT admin has to

address the same and has to log a complaint if the net services are not available and

followup the same.

10) If any resources are required then same should be informed through mail as well as

written format to Team Leader with CC to manager and Director.

11) After approval of procurement of the resources the Admin has to procure the same


12) After resolution of any query the Admin has to mail the concerned agent a resolved ticket

with CC to the Team Leader And Manager.

13) Any kind of network and hardware issue shall be sole responsibility of the Admin.

14) Any IT related device shall be sole responsibility of the IT admin if he is handing itover to

someone on floor without proper intimation and approval of management.

15) As the network issues are not very frequent hence the IT admin might be asked to do

some extra official work as mentioned above in Job Role.

16) Your first reporting authority for official matter shall be the floor Team leader and then

the manager however in serious issues the final decision will be of the Director. Please
