Responsible to lead the Sales team across India by keeping in mind company’s goals

Responsible for driving Sales across all Regions in India

Responsible for driving revenue targets across the country

Identify, create and develop joint marketing programmes, sales plans to promote business

Regular Sales visits to clients across the country and travel for minimum 12 days

Preparing Business analytic reports, analyzing performances, opportunities, trends, threats, and taking well planned corrective business actions

Jobs base Location will be Delhi but should be ready to travel across India

Candidates should be having Sales experience from industries like two wheeler parts or auto components and Accessories etc.

Handling sales & collection for the entire country.

Responsibilities:

Conduct meetings / training & various events for team motivation

Weak dealers review and corrective actions

Long term business planning for the zone & forecasting sales- Quarterly / Half yearly / Annual.

Managing the network in terms of appointment, evaluation and performance

Prepare & achieve Quarterly / Half yearly/ Annual plan for the Zones

Effective utilization of manpower within the zones

Coaching of Area Manager & Territory Manager

Responsible for continual feedback to the company from time to time on competition, Product Quality, Business Opportunities and other factors effecting company business.

Check effectiveness of AM's and their relationship with MK dealers

Responsible for conducting promotional activities.

Achievement of set targets.

Distribution and dealer management.
