Job Description:

At Sampling/Designing Stage

Developing new designs /print files for sublimation .

Communicating with the buyer on order.

Following up with the client directly .

At Production Stage -

After receiving the order confirmation from the buyer ,raising a PI for advance payments.

Issuing work order to the job worker (Embroidery)

Following up with the job worker.

Any issues, immediately bringing it up and sorting with management.

Update client on tracking details.

Following up with the client on their comments upon receipt of package.

Key Functions &Roles :

Research and identifying key trend

Independent functioning of day to day merchandising activities as per the buyer's requirement.

Responsible for effective communication with internal and external parties.

Responsible for the entire development from design stage to sampling and production execution.

Making sure all the developments goes in time.

Keeping the record of costing .

Sourcing new trims for the brand Cricket Haven.

Making sure all the quality standard is met as per the client requirement.

- Salary: 22K 25K

- Location :Vasai East

- Timings: 8.30 am 5.30 Pm (Fridays Off)

Desired Candidate Profile

- Candidate must have 2 to 5 years of proven track record in Merchandiser/Designer

- Highly creative and organized individual with a flexible work ethic

- Used to working in a high volume and fast paced environment

- Ideally used to working with and supplying High Street Fashion Retailers

- Professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing

- Experience of working with the Far East

- Have a strong understanding of fabric, trims, graphics, printing, embellishments

- Confidence in range development with a strong ability to predict fashion trends

- Excellent knowledge of garment construction and manufacturing
