Primary Function

Provide Quality Medical Care Services to Patients Enrolled for Services or Enroll New Patients.

Maintain and Monitor Emr

Educate/train Medical Staff, Patient, Family, and Community.

Extend Support to Promote Business Activity/camps.

duties & Responsibilities

to Assess, Monitor and Evaluate Clinical Development of Patient and Reassess Care Needs from Time to Time.

Identify the Level of Care Required

Prepare/approve the Care Plan.

Ensure Continuum of Care Given.

Ensure Medico-legal Compliance.

Home Visit for Patients.

Management of Medical Emergencies

Ensure Entry of Patient's Clinical Data in Emr

Identify Abnormalities/deviation in Emr and Provide Appropriate Medical Advice.

Inform and Record Primary Care Consultant's Advice and Follow.

to Team Build Allied Caregivers and Co-ordinate with Allied Partners

Train in House Medical and Nursing Staff in the Classroom and On-site to Provide Quality Care.

Teach and Participate in Continuous Medical Education and Community Health Awareness Program.

Council/ Teach/train Patients to Take Care of Their Daily Activity and Self- Medication.

Promote Our Services By Participating in Brand Promotions, Camps and Community Programs.

24-hour On-call Coverage and Any Additional Responsibilities as Required By the Management On Case to Case Basis.
