Responsibilities

-to Ensure for Equipment and Facilities:

-the Implementation of Preventive Maintenance Programs;

-the Implementation of Special Maintenance and Control of Technical Results;

-arrangements for Handling Operations or Long-term Storage;

-the Notification of Obsolete Equipment, with Request for Relevant Elimination from Assets;

-on the Basis of Programmed Activities and Operating Conditions, Prompt Notification of Spare Part Requirements to Compensate Deviations from Routine and Special Maintenance Demands;

- Plan and Coordinate Production Engineering Processes On Daily Basis to Produce High Quality Products.

- Develop Process Improvements to Effectively Utilize Equipment and Materials to Maximize Production.

- Develop Operational Strategies to Achieve Production Objectives.

- Identify Unsafe Operations and Report the Same to Manager Immediately.

- Establish Safety Procedures and Environmental Regulations for Team Members.

- Implement Cost Reduction Initiatives While Maintaining High Quality Standards.

- Investigate Problems, Analyze Root Causes and Derive Solutions.

requirements

-knowledgeable in Safety Requirements for Major Turnaround and Maintenance Activities.

-diploma / I.t.i./ Polytechnic Degree in the Field of Mechanical Engineering.

-skills in Developing Technical Reports.
