Responsibilities and Duties

-Review and develop components, and complete based on PEPL standards and customer specifications

- Complete Mechanical Design of individual components of DCservomotors, AC servomotors and associated gearboxes either from basicdesign principles or by way of reverse engineering

-Interface the Mechanical design with Electrical Design Team and bought .

-Review of Drawings, datasheets or specifications regarding content for easyand cost-effective manufacturing and conformity to customer specifications and design codes.

-Preparation of Development Plan / Schedule, balance the workload within team, follow up with Production and sub suppliers/ to ensure timely delivery of Prototypes.

- Proactive communication with Marketing Heads / Profit Centre Heads forinterfacing with End customer for Testing and Approval of Prototype.

-To guide and train a team of engineers to prepare manufacturing drawings ofprecision components for motors and .

- Ensure strict compliance with company policies.

Desired Skills

-Certificate in AutoCAD and Solid Edge Familiarity with ERP system Project Management ExposureTechnical skill :Well conversant with AutoCAD and Solid Edge for Drafting and Modelling, orother 3D design systemsKnowledge of Manufacturing Processes Other skillGood command over English Language for written & oral pendent, Fast and Precise working mannerComputer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)Team Player with Leadership Qualities.

Required Experience and Qualifications

-About 8 years of professional experience in the field of Small with Precision machined components or similarKnowledge of material specifications, drawing creation by software tools,GD&lopment of sub-assemblies by Reverse en ability to lead and develop people.

Education must be - Graduate in Mechanical Engineer (BE / B Tech in Mechanical Engineer
