Job Description

Man Power Planning, Recruitment, Selection And Performance Review

- Training And Development I.E. Skill Matrix, Yearly & Monthly Training Calendars & Conducting Training.

- Obtaining Trainees Feedback For Determining The Effectiveness Of Training Programmes & Carrying Out Modifications If Necessary And Maintaining Records.

- Motivation And Awareness Program Etc.

- Encouraging Participative Management Thro Sga, Suggestion Scheme, Safety & 5S Committee Etc.

- Career & Succession Planning For Ensuring Continues Growth Of The Employees.

- Carried Out Od Activities And Implemented The Diagnosis.

- Labour Turn Over Analysis And Absenteeism Controlling Through Daily Counseling & Attendance Reward.

2-Personnel And Administration:

- Shift Monitoring And Maintaining The Attendance & Leave Record.

- Payroll (Erp), Wages And Salary Administration.

- Conducting Joining Formalities Of New Joiners I.E. Personal File, Introduction & Orientation Etc.

- Directly Report To Hod-Hr/Unit-Head.

- Maintain All Statutory Records & Compliance U/Various Acts Like Pf, Esi, Bonus, Gratuity, Labour Welfare Fund, And Contract Labour & Factories Act Etc.

- Liasoning With Public Relations & Various Govt. Bodies.

- General Administration Of Plant And Offices I.E. Insurance Policies, Canteen, Sport Activities, Security, Medical Center, Transportation & House Keeping Etc.

3-Legal & Ir:

- Obtaining And Renewal License Of Factory, Esi & Pf Code, Pollution Consents, Contract Labour Rc, Fire Noc From Regional Fire Officer & Weighing M/C Calibration Etc.

- Various Returns And Testing U/Various Acts.

- Independly Handling With Union On Day-To-Day Issues/ Grievances Of Employees & Maintain Healthy And Work Friendly Environment Between Employees & Management.

- Bargaining On Certain Issues.

- Directly Involved In 4 Years Wage Settlement With The Workmen /Retrenchment Of Access Manpower.

- Dealing With Disputed Court Cases/Settlement Conciliation For
