Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Should be responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans and have good market knowledge.

Should know about the potential consumers behaviour which is directly and indirectly connected to the products and services that one can offer.

Ought to have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing.

Promoting the company's brands and introducing new products to the market

Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.

Sell to existing and potential direct accounts as well as provide sales support to distribution partners to participate in closing and order or to facilitate and add value to the selling process

Stay up-to-date on current market trends

Implementing new sales plans and advertising.

Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution

Build strategic relationships, agencies and vendors

Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely

Should build Successful sales team and lead them .Should Communicate company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team. Motivate team members and ensure their performance.

Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met

Motivating sales team by encouraging them to build their schedule around key sales actions

Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment

Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and will document customer interactions

3-5 years' experience in marketing or sales
