To identify potential insurance advisors and recruit them in accordance with the managements business plan.

To set targets for advisors & meet expected sales target consistently.

To facilitate training, monitor on the development, and give the feedback on the performance of the advisors.

Desired Profile:

Graduate / MBA in Marketing.

At least 1 years of Sales Experience

Fairly good command over English as well as local language.

Age min. 24 - 35 yrs.

Should be local or in same location for more than 2 years.

SPECIALIZATION:, BFSI sales, Direct sales, Commission Sales , Medical or Pharmaceutical , Retail sales, Real estate sales, B2C sales.
