About Paarth Projects
Head of Sales and Marketing Division of New Delhi based Infrastructure company for their Housing vertical. Will be responsible for setting up marketing teams, monitoring performance and be accountable for sales in small, affordable, housing projects of the company in Tier II and Tier III cities of North India .
Should be able to organise sales and marketing teams in these towns and cities, train them for the company's requirement and thereafter follow up with close monitoring . Should be able to travel to small towns for assessing the market and for feedback from customers.
Candidate should have sufficient experience in real estate sales and marketing and have good leadership skills to get the local teams to perform leading by example.
