Job Description

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential duties satisfactorily.

Co-ordinate with Dubai operations for their Billing / Payments / Follow-up and act as a Back-end SPOC for all Dubai company related matters

Manage multiple projects as assigned by the Management related to diverse lines of business, community, and personal interests with inter-related activities and relationships.

Coordinates calendar, travel, meeting, and schedule arrangements for the Management, staff, business partners, and customers. Includes initiating contact and securing appointments, equipment, and facilities as appropriate.

MIS Reports ensuring MIS reports are collected from each department & submitted for management review

Maintaining MOM for department review meetings & tracking actionable discussed till closure

Vendor Alliances managing Vendor Relationships, New Tie-ups, vendor registrations

Customer relations Customer Satisfaction Surveys, Managing Customer Escalations and resolving along-with other team-members, events for customer rapport building, managing clients accounts handled by MD Directly.

Project Handling preparing presentations and new initiatives

Works closely with other team members to assure the Management preparation for meetings, presentations or other engagements.

Pitching for Award functions and also assisting them for the same.

Carries out responsibilities with professionalism, respect for others, in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws

Any other duties as assigned.

About ONGC

• Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization.
• Tele calling and generating new enquiries / leads
• Make minimum 50-60 calls every day resulting in Scheduling Minimum 2 Meetings every day with leads for the sales field
• Sending atleast 2 emails/EDM’s EVERY DAY to every lead/prospects database and follow up
• Managing Sales transaction End-to-End – from generating lead to closure and tracking execution & then getting payment from customer. Maintaining & enhancing customer relationship for repeat business and smooth transaction execution. Doing all this in conjunction with Field Sales. Targets will be team targets.
• Making and send quotations to prospective clients
• Participating fully in product training sessions, meetings, skills training and professional development classes conducted by the company.
• Tracking Sales Order execution and coordinating with other concerned departments for customer signoff and post this collecting payments from customers.
• Adherence to working hours & update reports in ERP.
• Sr.ISR will be responsible to direct and monitor activities of the Jr.ISR and will herself manage customers & make daily calls.
