Looking for Male candidates as Sales / Marketing Executive preferably from Real Estate Back ground. Must be well versed with English and computer knowledge. Must Have Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills. Must have good knowledge of areas in and around central Mumbai suburbs.

Job Profile will includes:

Responsible for getting New Leads and maintaining Existing Clients to enhance Business relations.

Generate requirements from New Clients and Existing Clients through Cold Calling.

Understand the requirement and Clients need and Shortlist the Suitable available option of premises.

Follow-up with The Clients on the Progress of the Submittals made.

Handling property Enquiries.

New clients meeting, new appointments, sending quotations, site visits, business development and new client acquisition.

organising sales visits.

Maintaining accurate records.

Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.

Presentable and flexible
