Job Description

- You take the initiative to set up commercial plans and to execute them

- Generate sales leads and manage calls

- Visit different trades and other events worldwide to promote our products

- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time

limits; follow up to ensure resolution

- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

- Build up long-term relationships with customers by means of customer visits, phone calls and

email conversations

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
