Job Description

Manage Recruitment Life-cycle (sourcing to on-boarding) with critical focus on maintaining low Turn-Around-Time. Design & implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent from the industry and technical / managerial institutes. Partner with Business Stakeholders in designing and executing the People agenda in alignment with the Business objectives. Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in co-operation with the Leadership team. Drive Employee Engagement initiatives with a view to increase workplace morale and business connect. Promote feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of the Organization. Support the Annual Compensation processes in liaison with Corporate HR and Business Heads, Review HR policies and practices to ensure they are in compliance with the legal and regulatory framework.

Bachelors degree in Computers / IT + Masters degree in HRM. 4+ years experience in Generalist HR profile with experience in sourcing, pitching and recruiting for technical positions.
