Job Description

· Maintain harmonious industrial relations.

· Implement statutory controls and measures and ensure compliance.

· Entire responsibility from Entry to Exit of an employee.

· All Employee matters

· All HR related MIS

· Budgeting / Forecasting

· Project Management WRT to HR related Planning, efficient management and tracking of projects.

· Complete Admin management

· Full n Final Settlement

· Support to JSM clients on HR, Salary n Statutory matters who have purchased JSM HRIS Software

· Working on JSM Product for all HR, Payroll, Statutory matters.

· Timesheet Management

· JSM Clients management.

· Compliances

· All Statutory registers maintenance.

· Shops n establishment Act register maintenance.

· Coordinating with Labour office, PF office, ESI office, PT Office.

· Coordinating the Civic and legal bodies for absconding cases.

· U will independently handle the HR and Admin dept of our company in coordination with our MD / Director.

· Salary negotiable

· Experience more than 9 years

· Age up to 55 years
