Specific Job responsibilities:

Responsible for the smooth and efficient financial operation of Hospitals in regards

Customer Service excellence.

Handling management P&L activity . profit and loss statement for the Hospitals business

as well as the related resources associated with the Hospital operation

Overall supervision of departmental work process

Capability development of self and juniors of the department

Participate of all training activity

Budget Management - Financial Analysis & Planning

Planning Development and Budget monitoring of the hospital.

collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial

statements

undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning

producing long-term business plans

undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance and

compensation evolution

controlling income, cash flow and expenditure

Departmental budgeting with key clinicians and managers

Cost Analysis & Fund Management , Cost Budget detailing

Deviation monitoring and escalation

Escalation of cash flow requirements monthly

Procedure wise cost analysis, pricing correction inputs & and control

developing and managing financial systems/models

carrying out business modelling and risk assessments

liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues.

Ensure implementation of all Financial strategic initiatives
