Planning Implementation of Preventive Maintenance Programme to Improve Equipment Reliability. Ability to Communicate Effectively Professionally and Work Co - Operatively in Team Environment Adopt At Troubleshooting and Problem Solving , Condition Monitoring , Predictive and Preventive Maintenance. Responsible for Improving Reliability and Availability of Process Equipments. Localisation of Spares and Reduction of Spares Cost / Inventory Management Responsible for Statutory Legal Compliance Pertaining to Utility Maintenance. Competency Mapping of Technicians and Identify the Training Need. Carrying of Job Hazard Analysis Tool Box Talk Before Carrying Out the Activity Performing Loto Procedures Before Working On Equipment. Actively Participate in Daily Maintenance Safety Meetings.
