Make sure COA of all raw materials is available

Check digit calculation and barcode allotment

Customer complaints compilation and analysis

Customer feedback analysis

Maintain logger data

Co-ordinate pest control activity and maintain pest control records

Document review once in year

Diversify chemical monitoring their usage

Hazard analysis to be done once in a year - raw materials, process & finished products.

Internal audit twice in a year.

Management review once in a year.

External & internal calibration

Maintain training records

Maintain list of equipment with maintenance department

Sensory evaluation of chocolates every month

Maintain building interior & exterior record-monthly

Check material incoming record

Monitor deep cleaning schedules & record keeping-daily

Check temperatures of all storage areas & units-daily

Record all the amendments made to documents

Monitor chocolates dispatch log

Root cause analysis

Product recall

Mock recall

Involving in production and packaging

Quality audit to lounges

Traceability system

Monitor dish washer temperature record

Maintain visitors questionnaire records

Maintain water tank cleaning record
