Manager/ Assistant Manager Industrial Engineering

Hands on experience of handling productivity improvement and operational excellence projects.

- Exposed to modern operational excellence tools and tactics like lean manufacturing, value stream mapping, 6 sigma etc

- Knowledge of all manufacturing processes

- Developing jigs and fixtures

- Time and motion study, activity based costing

- Knowledge of production equipment

- Should be a team player, thinker and communicator

- Responsible to identify and implement productivity improvement initiatives.

- To implement applicable operational improvement techniques

- Implement and establish a continuous improvement system

- Develop various jigs and fixtures and low cost automation systems to improve process productivity and quality.

- Shop layout, material flow and 5S implementation.
