2 define New Policy and Sop for Maintenance Department.(in English, Hindi and Gujarati)

3 prepare and Implement Preventive Maintenance Schedule for Pp, Pet and Dana Plants.

4 maintenance of Plant and Machinery On Routine Base, Quick Trouble Shootig During Continues Production and On Week

5 prepare Reports, Charts, Mis of Maintenance Department and Present to Top Management as per Reporting System

6 supervise Maintenance, as per Schedule, of all Areas like all Plants, Office Building, Colony, and Real Height Flats.

7 team Management, Training, Motivation, Counselling and Routine Guidance to Maintenance Department.

8 close and Strict Supervision of Department 365*24.

9 proper and Effective Use of Machinery to Increase Life, Get Best Output and Effective Use of Machines

10 involve in Organization Expansion Plan, Machineries Purchase, Negotiation - if Needed, Factory Map Preparation, Change in Factory Map.

11 involve in all Government Liasioning, Iso Audit, Gmp, Submit Returns On Time, Handle Inspection, Registers and Complete Compliance
