Job Profile:-

1. planning Project, Plant & Machinery, Equipment, Utility Services.

2. preventive Maintenance of Machines. Ensure Pm as per Plan.

3. ensure Zero Breakdowns. Initiate, Implement, and Monitor Ncs, Ca / Pa for Breakdowns.

4. review Ca/ Pa. Review Breakdown Analysis.

5. maintain List and Define Methodology for Identification of Machines / Plant Facilities.

6. provide Support in Tpm Activities (pm Pillar Activities / Tbm / Cbm / Oee / Mttr / Mtbf).

7. ensure Requirement of Personnel, Safety Measures, During Maintenance Activity.

8. identify Requirements of Critical Spares and Maintain.

9. managing Various Materials, Engineering and Commercial Aspects for Project & Maintenance Items.

10. low Cost Automation.

11. upkeep of Housekeeping and Safety Practices.
