1. To operate the machine and take out the maximum possible output.

2. To report any abnormality in the machines to the supervisor and/ or maintenance department.

3. To ensure the quality of the output as per the standards.

4. To work in the safe manner and inform supervisor about any unsafe condition / unsafe practices / unsafe act in the factory .

5. To guide helpers in working efficiently and properly.

6. To learn and carry our minor maintenance.

7. To maintain good house keeping and cleanliness at the work station.

8. To record the production details as per the instructions.
