Job Description

1. Learning Leaders must:

• Must be MA psychology and should have counseling background with excellent communication skills.

• Should have basic knowledge of subjects such as English, Math and Science up to 8th grade

• Communication skills – the ability to make points clearly and understand the views of others.

• Have knowledge and understanding of their areas of responsibility;

• Keep abreast of new curriculum thinking, teaching methods and examination syllabuses.

• Accept their responsibility to remain up to date with developments in their areas of responsibility.

• Leadership skills – the ability to lead, manage and motivate individuals and teams to work towards common goals;

• Decision-making skills – the ability to solve problems and make decisions;

• Personal Attributes – Adaptability to changing circumstances and new ideas.

2. Should be flexible working in the night shifts.

3. Experience 0 -6 month of experience.

4. Salary Depending on the current.

5. Cabs and Meals Facility free of Cost.
