Job Description

- To ensure security systems and personnel are updated with the latest in security systems

-To conceptualize, create and ensure implementation of systems for cost effective administration and effective maintenance of premises.

- To manage administration portfolio and monitor the overall performance of the business partners, suppliers and contractors.

-To perform assessment of all partners to determine the current level of service.

- To create opportunities for process improvements. To identify, capture and document opportunities that will result in an enhancement to the portfolio and will yield improved business results.

- To develop and plan systems for better service to internal and external customers

-To ensure the smooth functioning of telephone lines, mobile phones and housekeeping services

- To develop / update processes to check and minimize cost, by initiating best practices

-To ensure the canteen services are satisfactory and perform regular checks on the quality of food served, ensure that hygiene is maintained
