Job Description

'Manpower Planning

Recruitment-Based on requirement release recruit advertisement and/or inform manpower agency

Induction and On-boarding

Implement Induction plan for all new joiners

Managing on-boarding activities in the first six months

Performance and Rewards

Design and implement the Compensation structure

Payroll and statutory compliance for all dealership employees

Performance Management

Design, monitor and measure the effectiveness of incentive and performance bonus schemes of all dealership employees in conjunction with Sales & Aftersales teams.

Design and communication of incentive design with teams

Implement the Performance Management Process including KRA setting, review mechanism and using data for career development

Segment employees on basis of performance and implement retention program

Engagement-Prepare an employee engagement plan for the dealership

Monitor the execution of activities identified as part of engagement initiatives

Training-Conduct weekly Product Trainings along with the inDealer Trainer

HR Policies Implementation and administration of all HR policies as per HROS

Administration-Managing 3rd party vendors
