Position Title : Logistics Coordinator

Reporting To : Head Production

Direct Reports : Delivery and Logistics Team

Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai

Job Timings : 8 AM 630 PM. Candidate will have to be flexible and adaptable

Job Purpose : Company processes and has 50 80 dispatch tasks across the day. This role will be responsible for arranging, scheduling and executing all dispatch related tasks for the company.

Job Responsibilities

Study & prepare the logistics schedule of various customer orders, internal order pickups/drops, sample pickups, check pickups etc

Basis the volume, the address decide the most feasible transport options

Ensure that the delivery schedules are followed and dispatches are executed on time

Coordinate and schedule pickups by Courier companies and other third party logistics providers

Generate Reports from time to time

Previous Experience

Managed Logistics operations where multiple modes of dispatches were handled and volumes are high (E-commerce or some alike industries)

Knowledge of different areas within Mumbai

Qualifications : Graduate

Skills & Attributes

· Extremely comfortable with using Internet and Email.

· Very Meticulous with planning and execution

· Extremely dynamic and self driven

· Must believe in, integrity as the top most value attained from family values

Compensation : 1.8 Lacs 3 Lacs
