Job Description

To prepare quotations to direct customers and agents to sell the company

To administer all quotations and services in the company

To negotiate rates and conditions of suppliers in co-ordination with the Commercial


To maintain statistics of offers and performance of customers and carers/suppliers.

To communicate with our agents and/or other departments of James Infinus Private

Limited, so that all people involved know all agreements with customers and


To comply with norms laid down in document, General Job Description

To deal with our agent network at Pan India Level on daily basis for costs, pricing,

local requirements and to obtain customer or market feedback.

To directly get in touch with customers to discuss offers, projects and business

development possibilities.

Be open and willing to attend customer visits in Delhi/NCR either with or without the

sales supervisor to maintain the customer relationship.

Negotiate with our vendors and clients local charges and other freight costs.

Developing quotes and proposals
