1. Follow Well defined procedures as outlined by best practices, sop's & work instructions

2. Resolve Customers issues or potential problems

3. provide back up coverage during times of staff shortage

4. Complete & update the department cross training matrix including utility, temporary & regular employees

5. Disseminate information effectively through written & verbal communication

6. Ability to multi task & handle stress full situation

7. Maintain Preventative maintenance & disposition on logistic fleet

8. Assist with developing and or posting staff scheduling completely & timely
