ledge of Plastic Cnc & Vmc Machine and Its Trouble Shooting. Rejection Control, Machine Parmenter Setting, Knowledge of Cnc & Machining Program Control. & Knowledge of Spm Machine.

Control Loss Expenses to Achieve Target Set By the Top Management.

Control Operational Expenses Within Planned Limits.

Maintain Qms Systems in the Department as per Iatf Standard.

Maintain Ems Systems in the Department as Per.

Ensure M/c Maintenance & the Availability of M/c Spares, Jigs & Fixtures Preventive Maintenance, Tooling Activity as per Plan to Run the Production Smoothly.

Maintain Safe Working Conditions to Achieve Zero Accidents Target. to Promote the Suggestion, 5s, Improvement Activities.

ower Handling & Control in Shop Floor.

Guide the Subordinate to Perform the Required Tasks. and Employee Skill Development.

Ensure Overall Discipline and Wellness in the Operation By Promoting Teamwork and Team Spirit On the Line

Ensure the Manpower Deployed On the Job is Properly Trained. Especially Ensure Temporary Manpower Has Been Given On the Job Training Before Deployment On Job.
