.- if An Agent Mr X is Completing 100 Policies with An Average Premium of Rs 20,000 per Year, Then His Income Will Be as Below

1st Year Commission = 35% of 20,00,000 = Rs 7,00,000

2nd and 3rd Year Commission = % of 20,00,000= Rs 1,50,000 + Commission of New Policy Done

4th Yr Onwards Commission = 5% of 20,00,000 = Rs 1,00,000 +..+..so On
