Job Description: Legal Executive

qualification, B.a, Llb, Llm

experience: 2 to 5 Years

legal & Litigation -

a) Drafting, Negotiating and Reviewing Technology Licenses and other Commercial Agreement such as Agreement with Subsidiaries, Contracts of Purchase / Sale of Goods & Services, Transfer of Title, Sale Deeds, Leave and License Agreements, Documents Relating to Lease Deeds, Deed of Hypothecation & Power of Attorneys.

b) Generating and Revising Standard Templates of Different Commercial Contracts as per Specific Business Requirements

c) Documentation for Appointment of Distributors/vendors/partners/franchise in India and Overseeing Legal Issues Related to the Distributor/vendors/partner/franchise Appointment Process

d) Providing Detailed Case Brief to Empaneled Counsels and Solicitor Firms and Assist Them in Handling Various Litigation Matters By and Against the Firm Across Diverse Judicial Forums Maintaining and Procuring Legal Documents from Court(s), Government Authorities And/or Any other Source.

e) Making Necessary Filings On Behalf of the Firms.

f) Stamp Duty Adjudication and Registration of Documents.

g) Negotiating Settlements and Preparing Correspondence.

h) Interacting with Various Departments Internally & External Legal Firms and Counsels.

i) Attending Court Proceedings and Coordinating for Filing of all Representation and Submissions Thereto.

j) Creating a Database for all Legal Agreements Executed By and On Behalf of the Company.

k) Interpretation of Laws and Regulations Applicable to the Business
