Job Description

Reviewing the drafting and finalizing of Petitions, Suits, Written Statements, Drafting & vetting all commercial documents, contracts & agreements.

Reviewing the drafting of other legal documents such as demand notices, letters, Letter of intent, legal notices, appointment letters etc.

Legal scrutiny of primary documents to establish the genesis of title.

Identifying legal and commercial risk in a contract and proposing changes required to mitigate risk exposure.

Responsible to manage any other non litigation legal work and advising the organization on various legal issues.

Managing and undertaking legal research as required.

Co-ordination with Lawyers and attorney representing the Company for providing necessary information and inputs in respect of various suits and proceedings to which Company is a party. Ex- IPR Matters etc.

Negotiations with the Vendors/ Service Providers to finalize the agreement in the best interest of the Company.


Excellent communication skills both Written & Verbal.

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Work independently and handle the tasks effectively.
