Adukia Law Chambers is a leading law firm in Mumbai providing advisory services in the field of law, compliance, taxation, finance, real estate, Insolvency and Bankruptcy and valuation to Corporates, Banks, Financial Institutions, Government and other regulators.

Our firm has clients from all over India and Abroad. We have handled voluntary Liquidation proceedings and have been at the Arbitration panels at Banks, High Courts, SEBI, to name a few. Currently, we are looking to expand into other territories. The range of services we provide to our clients is very vast and we would like to explore new regions where we can serve clients.

Job description:

The candidate shall have an opportunity to:

1. Work from home from any part of the country either full time or part-time.

2. Work from Office based in Mumbai at Veera Desai, Andheri (W), wherein, the Professional will have immense exposure of the Business Advisory Services rendered by the Organisation to its Clients, which includes:

Handling matters related to Insolvency Resolution and Valuation,

Appearance before various Tribunals, Quasi-judicial and judicial Bodies

Drafting of various legal documents, etc.

Advisory in the matters relating to SEBI Act, FEMA and rules and regulations thereunder.

Laws related to real estate and cooperatives.

Consumer Protection Act

Labour and Industrial Laws related matters

Advisory on arbitration, negotiation, and conciliation in commercial disputes between the parties.
